I gave a 4 but it is rather 3.5 due to cheap solutions in the room / apartment.
First of all, all of the reviews with cruel staff preventing to enjoy your holiday are probably false, written by youth who has no limits and care towards the rest of the guests.
Pros:
good location very close to beach and supermarket
comfortable rooms, big swimming pool
helpful management ( the boss lady helped to take my luggage upstairs, a heavy 20 kg)
Cons: cheap bathroom solutions, moving toilet seat, cheap shower with sticky curtains stikcing on you.
I thought I got for a small kitchen (cooking) possibility but my room didn't have it, maybe it was my fault at reservation but it was an issue to me struggling with moving painful teeth (bad implants) and prefering eating in my room as solo female traveller.
Still for the price I paid (low enough) it was a good place and I would be happy to go back but this year it was not available via uk travel sites.
It is safe, the view to the pool is nice, the pool is big, lovely and well maintained, the guest were not loud (not much partying youth), there were no issues to extra payments for any reason or deposit left on arrival. No one disturbed me, I truly can't understand the negative reviews.
The aircon (extra but I was aware about it) worked well.
The whole experince was rather good and truly relaxing.
I would go back by the way but I couldn't in 2024 due to lack of offers on UK sites.

It was a nice palce, and a nice holiday

First and last time here only thing going for the hotel is its position in relation to amenities. 
Double room with kitchen area inc fridge and kettle, fridge was broken, kettle but no cups or spoons. Patio door lock broken. Day two the smell of raw sewage in our bathroom was unbearable kept me awake all night. Demanded to be moved next day which thanks to receptionist we were. We spoke to jet two rep who was not interested at all. To say this is a basic hotel is being generous.

Disappointed

The hotel was amazing. This was our first girls holiday and we felt secure at every moment. The staff become your friends in day one and look after you the whole way. It’s a great location as it’s about a 3 min walk from the strip and you also can’t hear the loud music from the strip if you’re having a chilled night in. 100% recommend!

Great stay

Really beautiful hotel. The vibe was amazing from the moment we entered. Was was greeted with the upmost respect from Sandra and the team. Our check in was smooth and our rooms were amazing and clean. We then headed down and the pool was clean and fresh, headed to the bar where the staff are amazing. The two hotel reps were lovely and helped us booking some Zante Bible events. Definitely recommend!
