Galaxy Beach Resort has a fantastic location right on the beach front and just outside the busy resort of Laganas on the picturesque island of Zakynthos. It is the ideal base for your holiday with the famous beautiful sandy beaches and crystal clear waters of Laganas. The hotel is the perfect choice for couples and families. Galaxy hotel consists of 4 buildings (main building and 3 annex buildings).

Rooms

Choose between a Standard, Superior, Executive, Deluxe Rooms and Exclusive, Superior and Junior Suites with a range of extra amenities. They are each modernly furnished, spacious rooms with direct dial phone, satellite TV and individually remote controlled air-conditioning, private bathroom with bath and WC, balcony with side sea view. Safe is charged locally.

Suites have a living area, king-size bed, furnished terrace and a bathtub.

Food & Drink

Galaxy Stars restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner inspired by Greek cuisine and Mediterranean flavors. Galaxy Bistro Restaurant opens each evening and is located by the beach offering beautiful sunset views alongside a delicious menu. Best Western Galaxy Hotel then has three bars, located by the pool/beach area, roof garden and the horizons bar in the lobby.  

All Inclusive board is available and consists of breakfast (08:00-10:00), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (19:30-21:30), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. A variety of hot & cold snacks (buffet style) and ice cream for the children are available between 10:00 & 24:00 at selected bars. Tea time (buffet style) is from 16:30-17:30. Locally produced alcoholic & non alcoholic drinks like draught beer, wine, spirits, liqueurs, tequila, aperitifs, still water, soda, cola, orange, lemonade, lime, fruit juice, tea, coffee are served from 10:00-23:00 at selected bars.

Sports & Entertainment

Sport facilities at the hotel include table tennis, darts, volleyball, water-polo, bowls, snooker / billiards as well as daily animation program in English with daytime & evening activities. Evening entertainment includes Greek-Folk nights & music nights with live bands on occasions. There is an outdoor swimming pool with pool snack bar / restaurant serving a la carte, surrounded by ample gardens. Also available table tennis, volleyball, children's pool (separate) and play ground.

Facilities & Services

Roof garden bar with a panoramic view of Lagana Bay (open high season), indoor cocktail bar and lounge area with Satellite TV & Video, games area, billiard & darts.  The reception desk will assist you with exchange service, secretarial services (business centre), excursion information & bookings, car rental services, medical assistance if needed, baby-sitting on request, laundry valet and hairdresser on request. There is easy access at all public areas for those guests with mobility problems and available larger rooms for easy mobility of wheel chairs.
