If you still are tempted to book Villa Erna after reading numerous complaints and warnings about how unhygienic the property is, how cleaning is practically non existent, how old and dated the property is….then heed my warning as to misappropriation of over three thousand euro of my money. I spent four months of endless phone calls, texts, emails to this property to try and retrieve my money. All of my attempts with the owner were ignored. I got the bank, police , tourist board, inspectors, amongst others involved. After over four very very stressful months I eventually won my case and got my money reimbursed. Book this property at your peril.

AVOID. Dated property. Unhelpful owner

The villa is very well equipped and comfortable. The pool is a treat. The hosts were really helpful especially when we were really late arriving. The air-conditioning is great. A few things needed to be fixed like the doors didn't all shut and the lock in the bathroom dodgy. These are minor issues. It is a good place, good location and good value

Great location and really helpful staff

We visited Dubrovnik for our friend's wedding. I cannot fault the hosts at all - they pre-arranged transport for us from the airport, very helpful as travelling with a two year old. Hosts were very helpful, and explained the easiest ways to get around, as well as showing us on the map where specific places were (shop/bus stop etc). Even carrying our cases upstairs, great! Very helpful and friendly. Apartment itself spacious, sofa and three chairs in living room/kitchen area. Travel cot also provided, which we moved into our bedroom. Twin beds pushed together, very comfortable. Clean bathroom and decent shower, towels provided. Hair dryer also in room. Little balcony with a table, and air con which helped keep things nice and cool. The pool on site was great for our needs too.

Nice stay

Villa Erna in Dubrovnik, Croatia we had an exceptional stay for our first time there. Recommend by family that stayed a week before us. Walking distance to several beaches, grocery store, and restaurants area. Good foods and drinks! Nice apartment For families to stay, and kitchen to cook your food. If your traveling with a big family to Croatia check with Villa Erna in Dubrovnik!
