The Santa Rosa offers apartments with either one or two bedrooms. Apartments have 1-2 twin bedrooms, a living/dining area with a single sofa bed, kitchenette (with 2 burners, a fridge, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and coffee maker), bathroom with a hairdryer. They also have a satellite TV, telephone and safety deposit box (local charges may apply). The two bedroom apartment has an additional twin bedroom. Both have a furnished balcony or terrace.

The on-site buffet restaurant serves international dishes for breakfast and dinner, while the healthy a la carte restaurant offers balanced breakfasts, light lunches and protein shakes. Room service is also optional. The poolside bar offers refreshing drinks and snacks from 08:30-22:00.
