What are the qualifying dates for this promotion?

This offer’s up for grabs for any lucky devils who book a package holiday between 17th November 2025 and 1st December 2025.  

Which travel dates are included in this offer?

This offer applies to holidays due to jet off between 1st April 2026 and 31st October 2026.

What type of bookings qualify for this promotion?

To qualify for this promo, your booking must include an OTB UK package holiday that covers flights + accommodation to any destination you fancy, booked via our website (www.onthebeach.co.uk) or app. FYI: hotel-only bookings or packages with non-refundable hotels won't qualify for the offer.

How can I ensure my booking qualifies for the promotion?

To bag this offer, simply book a package holiday (flights + accommodation) between 17th November 2025 and 1st December 2025, with a departure date between 1st April 2026 and 31st October 2026. Make sure you choose the ‘pay monthly’ or ‘pay in instalments' option, too - that’s the key!

Is the €10 deposit refundable?

Nope, sorry - the €10pp deposit is non-refundable.

When is the rest of my payment due?

If you choose to ‘pay monthly’ or ‘pay in instalments’ when you book, then no further holiday payments will be due until January 2026. We’ll send your payment schedule over when you book - including the number of payments, value of each payment, and the relevant due dates. You can also find this info in your booking confirmation or in the ‘My Bookings’ section of our website.

Can I pay in full instead of paying monthly or by instalments?

You can, but not if you want to be included in our offer. This one’s only for anyone who chooses to pay monthly or in instalments - sorry!

Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?

You’ll be responsible for any non-refundable costs associated with your booking (in addition to the deposit). This might include the full cost of flights, if they’re non-refundable.

You might also be charged a fee for any payment that we take automatically, or for any late payments. To avoid this, we recommend always completing your payments before 8pm on the due date.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking after paying the deposit?

If you cancel your booking after popping down the non-refundable €10pp deposit, you could still be responsible for any extra non-refundable costs associated with the booking.

What if I book a trip outside the qualifying travel dates?

Sadly, any bookings set to depart outside of the travel window (1st April 2026 to 31st October 2026) aren’t covered by this promotion.

Can I book a hotel-only holiday under this promotion?

Unfortunately not, this offer’s only for package holidays (flights + accommodation).

What if my package includes a non-refundable hotel?

Packages that include non-refundable hotels sadly don’t qualify for this offer.

Are all destinations included in the offer?

Yes! There’s no destination discrimination here - this promo’s applicable to any destinations we have available during the booking period.

Managing Your Booking

Where can I find my payment schedule?

We’ll send your payment schedule over when you book. You can also check it anytime in your booking confirmation, or via the ‘My Bookings’ section of our website.

Can I change my payment plan after booking?

Your payment plan will be sorted at the time of booking, but if you fancy a change then you can adjust your instalment dates through ‘My Bookings’. You can also make early payments manually, if you’re feeling keen.
