Waterview Rooms offer views of Clearwater Beach or the Intracoastal Waterway, through huge bay windows and North Beach Rooms come with a private balcony, overlooking the best bits of Clearwater Beach and the marina. All accommodation features a 37" LCD TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, a safe, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee machine and an iron with ironing board. Studio rooms also feature a kitchenette and a balcony.

Accessible rooms are available at Pier House 60 Marina Hotel. These rooms come with either one king-sized bed or two queen-sized beds, a balcony with views of the Intracoastal Waterway, marina and harbour, and a fully-equipped accessible roll-in shower or partially accessible shower with grab bars. Pier House 60 Marina Hotel serves a complimentary continental breakfast for their guests, every morning between 07:00 and 10:00, at their sunny breakfast venue overlooking the marina.

Jimmy’s Crow Nest, on the 10th floor of the hotel, is a must-visit. The views from this rooftop bar are exceptional, especially at sunset, where you can watch the skies turn orange over Clearwater Beach. The restaurant serves hot sandwiches, wraps and healthy bowls, as well as a range of drinks, including fantastic frozen cocktails and sunset shots. There's also a happy hour from 15:00-18:00, Sunday - Thursday, with great deals on drinks, plus chips and dips galore. And for a real American atmosphere, you can catch a live sports game on the big screen, whilst enjoying some of their bar snacks.
