• Myami: giving South Beach Miami beaches, this is the place for great food, and speciality cocktails, and has a swim-up bar so you don't even need to leave the pool to get yourself a drink. Ask for Ravindu, he makes a mean daiquiri (and margarita and mai tai and pretty much everything else)

• Lobby Lounge: a chilled-out spot to sit and sip on a cocktail. Perfect if you time it just right and catch the harpist playing
