location is great!!!, but service from hotel is bad, receptionist lady is always moody and not welcoming, no lifts so if u r disabled they will make u go up the stairs as no rooms available on same level, even seeing me struggling to walk they didnt care.....
in the night if u fart, someone from receptionist comes and knocks on the door and says keep noise down. 2am in the night i can hear loud snoring which is worse than my farting and they dont get told to keep noise down. walls are weak u can hear next door room getting jiggy and very loud, but i will get a knock in my room for farting unfotunately. room service is every 2days when its suppose to be everyday but i guess they dont care about hygiene.

if u wanna save money book this hotel and suffer..... or book others closer to the beach which defo will be better.

To be honest the rooms where pretty big we booked the delux rooms, that's the good thing the night manager he was proper nice his always trying to help, the location is good but on the other hand the hotel itself was rubbish no WiFi in some of the rooms mostly facing towards the swimming pool, u can’t even make a noise after 9pm there always complaining to keep the noise level down, so if u have a baby and if the baby cries they will literally complain abt the noise level, the hotel has no lift the people working during the day has no sense whatsoever, they are proper rude, they never help with anything it’s like they are always moody, the breakfast is so disgusting u rather eat outside then pay for their breakfast, limited amount of breakfast as well. The rooms are big but what’s the point with having a big room if the rooms are not clean, the beds are so uncomfortable the furniture in the rooms are so old, the towels they provide smells it’s like they don’t wash them. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone there is better hotel available in MARMARIS which are better then this hotel

Lovely hotel, staff are incredibly friendly, had our air bnb cancel on us 3 hours before we was supposed to leave and booked this place, quite the gem very placed for food and bars. Nice food and good choice of drinks available at the hotel as well.

Great hotel well located

Always use Trip advisor when looking at booking a holiday and thought this one ticked all the boxes following the reviews but I was wrong,
Location about 10 mins from the marina  but unless you're 17 going to bar street every night paying extortionate prices should've opted for hotel nearer the Blue port centre, taxis were anywhere between £8-9 from centre to hotel one way or 30 lire   on the small bus on way if u can get on. If u walk it's around 30 mins to the main area around the Blue port/ Taj mahal restaurant  area
Hotel itself staff were all helpful,  rooms and hotel were spotless and cleaned daily .
Room partial view of the pool blocked by overgrown tree , no plates , cutlery or  toaster etc and were are self catering,  got plates from restaurant after asking , not ideal at all, didn't eat in hotel and a beer was 180 lire. 
Smallest bathroom ever experienced  toilet was sandwiched between shower cubicle and wall , those over 6ft or a certain size - good luck.
Pool area no issues with getting a bed so no need to be up at 0500 putting towels on and only a small amount of beds on one side of the pool only , hotel mainly full of locals odd brit we saw but few and far between . 
Overall 
Staff and cleanliness were fab but had a hostel feel and location ideal for being around bar St or the marina only 
Next time will pick hotel more central and save the walk, taxi or constant bus rides to get where we wanted to be.
