Orka World Hotel & Aquapark

Overview

Home to the largest themed waterpark in Fethiye. You'll have FREE access to the lazy river, splash zone, wave pool and all 14 slides that await at the whopping waterpark. If that isn't enough pool action, you've also got four swimming pools here, the Holiday Pool is where all the action is at! From live dances, to karaoke and a social night on a Tuesday, there's plenty to do in the evenings.

Location

• There's a bus stop across the road, hop on that and you'll be at the beach in around 10 minutes, or a taxi will get you there quicker

• 1 hour and 5 minutes away from Dalaman Airport, by car

Rooms

• Take your pick from... deep breath... Standard Rooms, Villas, Swim-up Rooms, Private Pool Rooms, Attic Rooms, Superior Rooms with Terrace & Garden and Family Rooms with Garden. Some are recently renovated and all have all the home comforts you could need from a vacay stay.

Just so you know, Family Rooms and Large Rooms don't have a balcony, and are located on the first floor with no lift access - so they aren't suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Food & Drink

• Mediterranean Restaurant - a variety of Mediterranean and Turkish cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and it's all buffet-style so you can load your plates up as any times as you like

• Holiday Pool Snack Buffet - exactly what it sounds like, this laidback buffet is where you can help yourself to Turkish snacks and fast food such as hamburgers and pizza by the pool

• Main Bar - open from morning 'til midnight, you'll find a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks here, along with dancing and entertainment in the evenings

• Lobby Bar - this is the first bar you'll see when you enter the hotel, with comfy seats, a games area and a terrace overlooking the lush surroundings

• Lagoon Vitamin Bar - with cold fruit juices if you're on a health kick and soft drinks if you want something with some fizz

• Annex Bar - a tiny walk away from the main hotel, but the views of the Babadağ mountain make it worth it

Sports & Entertainment

• Holiday pool - where all the holiday action happens, hence the name. You can have a dip, or get stuck into the water games

• Lagoon pool - you'll find this bad boy next to the main bar, and it's perfect for those who prefer a quieter swim

• Annex pool - this large pool is located in the hotel's annex area with a large bar area closeby and a sunbathing terrace if you fancy topping up the tans

• Indoor pool - if you prefer a more relaxing swim, this pool is just the ticket

• Kids' club (4-12 years) - the hotel offers daily entertainment, pool games and a playground to keep the little ones occupied

• Daily activities - including darts, ping pong, mini football, pool and card games, all these scream family competition, who doesn't love one of those?

• Spa centre - kitted out with a sauna, steam room, FREE use of the Turkish bath and a choice of massage treatments (extra charge). Ideal for a lil holiday pamper

• On-site gym - perfect for all the fitness buffs, at least you've got nice views over the resort whilst you're working up a sweat

• Evening entertainment - look forward to live dance shows, karaoke nights and professional shows, if you're around on a Tuesday, they host a socialising party with cocktails

Psstt.. just so you know, the waterpark isn't included with all-inclusive, so food and drinks are extra, so you will have to splash out, is it worth it though? Absolutely.
