do nottt goo heree worst hotel ever. Its dirty and stinks!!! There is no hot water. I’m making a formal complaint now. I will not let them get away with them ruining my holiday... theyhave overcharged us. There are all types of insects in the room. They actually use the rooms for other things... 1 hour use for customer from outside. Anyone can walk in. Do not go here.

Worst hotel ever

We stayed in this hotel in October last year and it was the worst ever. Now I've been on over twenty holidays in Turkey and even lived in Bodrum for three years and this hotel is a disgrace to the industry. We had booked two weeks all inclusive and that was our first mistake. The food was disgusting and always cold to lukewarm. I complained to the manager about the hotplates and they were turned on just for that one night. A breeding ground for bacteria, just like the rest of the hotel. The rooms are just as bad with laminate wood splitting at the edges and uncleanable even though the cleaner tried. The electrics in the room were well past their sell by date and either broken or falling of the walls. Very dangerous if you have children. The bathroom was covered in mould and we laid a piece of toilet paper on the floor to see if it was getting cleaned, never moved in two weeks. The whole hotel was a health and safety issue. The bar didn't have any choice of drinks, ok watered down beer and local fire water they called vodka and even that ran out often. I wouldn't let our dog stay in this hotel. I have no positive things to say about it. Club music booming from the night club over the road till four every night. We were so thankful to get home without contracting anything but I think that was due to us spending as much time out of it as possible and eating out all the time. Over a thousand pounds out of pocket doing this. KEEP AWAY IF YOU CHERISH YOUR HEALTH...!!! 

Hotel from hell. 

I am not one for writing a negative review but This hotel could be amazing as it has the best location and rooms are decent but we were Very disappointed in this Hotel, the description of this hotel said it had games room, pool table, sauna/ fitness room, childrens play area, flat screen tv in room and that drinks could be enjoyed on the rooftop terrace, all of these never existed. The roof top terrace was lovely but once the restaurant had finished they locked the door to it so you were not able to sit up there and enjoy the views which was lovely looking out over Gumbet Bay. Food in restaurant would have been quite enjoyable if only it had been hot so therefore had to resort in eating out a few times, drinks served in plastic beakers which is ok during the day but would have been nice in a glass at night so once again had to drink out as not nice out of Tupperware cups, no entertainment at all and what music there was seemed to be aimed at the Turkish holiday makers. Bar staff and the young lad that made the Pida were all lovely and friendly. One word of advice do not leave valuables out, we had a safe but I left my watch in my drawer along with some English coins and they all disappeared, we reported it to the manager but was told that housekeeping were loyal and it wouldn't be them so we never had our room cleaned again. We tried to explain that if not housekeeping then someone else had access to our room only to be told no-one had access, so we laid a trap and guess what someone had been in while we were out, but they denied this still maintaining no-one can enter them! the following day sat waiting for our transfer we saw a young lad who worked within the grounds during the night wearing my sons T Shirt, after complaining again the shirt miraculously appeared at reception but unfortunately not my watch. Although reception and manager appeared to be sorting the situation We felt like we were the ones who were lying. Overall we had an amazing time in Gumbet with thanks to Mymoons and Chico's which is a must. oh and Very close to bar street which we knew but this didn't effect us sleeping.

HOTEL NOT AS DESCRIBED !!!

Booked this hotel all inclusive at a reasonable price but cost me a fortune in the end. Food was terrible drinks were served in stinky plastic cups. Hotel stuff was rude and the place was falling apart. No entertainment nor any kind of activitie. All the facilities were in terrible state or closed. Hotel stuff didn't even have uniforms. Right next to the bars street but as you can't eat or drink anything at the hotel, easting and drinking outside only will cost you thousands...
I had to checkout before the end of my holiday and I am now on my way to Marmaris. The photo should summarise my whole experience.

I recommended you avoid this place at all costs.
