Each apartment sleeps up to 4 adults. The apartments have 1 bedroom with double/twin beds, a lounge with 2 sofa beds, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a balcony or terrace. They have air conditioning (payable locally) and are equipped with satellite TV, a fridge, a 2 ring hob and a kettle.

The apartments are self catering. However there is a restaurant, bar and snack bar on site. There is a Turkish night once a week.

The apartments are built surrounding a sun terrace, furnished with sun beds and parasols, with a swimming pool and a separate children's pool.
