Side Lilyum Hotel & Spa (ex Novum Lilyum)

It was fantastic 10 days stay in Lilyum.
After long trip we had very fast check in a nice atmosphere. The room was clean and nicely decorated. We had „all inc.” version and it was perfect option. Delicious food all day long, drinks from 10-24 on the pool and in the hotel. Sunbeds in the pool are available all day long. 
There are 3 fantastic water slides.
The animation team was excellent. On the beach sunbeds are also free and are available all the time. There is also a bar with drinks, snacks etc..
It was fantastic time in this hotel.
We were with 4 yo kid and he was very happy.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Perfect stay in super hotel

It is with regret I have to write such a negative review, but paying so much with such a poor experience needs to be shared. Please all I ask is to read on, maybe this hotel is everything good for you that is negative to me and my family. Just to be clear, this was the worst vacation location I have ever been to in over 40 years. 

On the subject of money, there have been so many extras. Towels, safe, anything fresh. Then there is the Spa which tried to charge my wife 150% more than another guest (male). Read into that what you will. 

I mentioned the club location before. The music Monday to Saturday (Sunday was such a blessing) was from 10am so loud. My wife and baby could not sleep and it did not stop until 11.30pm on some evenings. The windows in our room rattled. We are going home to rest and sleep. 

So did I ask the hotel for help, yes. Did I ask the travel agency for help, yes. Did they, not at all. They have my money and do not care. They ask for a report. This is no help, and let’s be honest the money is gone. So be careful of the reviews, this reflects a budget experience and not one for people wanting that dream to get away with great food, amazing ambience and the feeling of being treated like a king or queen. 


Worst vacation ever

This was one of my best holidays. I spent here 1 week with my husband and my little son. The food was excellent The staff was excellent too, maybe a little bit of improvement of English of some of the people in the reception would be appreciated. All the people were very friendly, especially animators and very efficient. It is a baby-friendly and clean place as well. The room was every day cleaned. The position very practice - not directly on the beach but max 5 min walk, very close to the shopping street and a small park where to make jogging. My stay in this hotel was better than my previous experience in a 5* resort.

One of the best holidays

Fantastic staff,always smiling and happy to help and the amazing food.There was always plenty of choice.The rooms were spotlessly clean. We had our own beach bar and sun loungers,there was always plenty of room there so no need to get up in the early hours to throw a towel on.The beach was about a 5 minute walk away or you could get the shuttle bus there. The driver was a lovely,helpful friendly man always had a smile 🙂 The beach bar was fantastic too always plenty to eat and drink.We would like to say a big thank you to Eyup for looking after us so well as we were the only english couple in the hotel and he always ensured that we knew what was happening daily.Also would like to thank all the entertainments team for all the fun we had in the bingo water aerobics and darts.Thank you all for a fantastic time.👍😍
