Ultra All Inclusive is available and includes all meals at the buffet restaurant, and a visit to La Cucina a la carte restaurant in the evenings, and local and some imported alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks at each bar, as well as snacks, hot drinks and treats at the onsite patisserie.

The complex features a spacious outdoor pool with sun loungers and umbrellas for relaxing in the sunshine. A children's pool is also featured at the hotel for younger guests, as well as a playground, mini club (ages 4 to 12) and a playroom. The hotel’s animation team is also on hand six days a week to keep everyone entertained, in the daytime and nighttime, and there are plenty of games available for family fun every day. Turkish-themed nights are also hosted at the hotel once every two weeks. The hotel waterpark features a small kids' water playground and five slides for the whole family to enjoy. Adults can relax in the wellness centre (local charge), where they can choose from a range of treatments, or unwind in the sauna or Jacuzzi and indoor swimming pool.
