Overview

The hotel sits quite literally on the beach, and, well, we would know! If saltwater in your eyes isn't your thing then don't worry you can always have a go (or 9) on one of the slides in the mahoosive waterpark featuring an all time fave - the lazy river! You'll never go hungry when there's room service on all night and a very big selection of meals too - if you feel like you've gone overboard, don't worry, there's an on-site gym to keep you in shape!

Rooms

• Standard Rooms - despite the name, there's nothing standard about these, with loads of space, a swish, modern design and facilities to sleep up to 3 adults and 1 young child, or 2 adults and 2 little ones. Opt for ultra-style Be Trendy or Be Large for more space.

• Superior Rooms - luxe Be Romantic and Be Delux Loft with grand decor and bold colours.

• Family Rooms - with two separate bedrooms and a balcony with side-sea views, this one's ideal if you've got the older kids in tow. Pick from Be Family A Rooms or Be Family Loft.

• Be Trendy Connection - ideal for families wanting a bit of extra space and privacy. It offers double the space, double the fun and double the style!

• Suite - travelling kid-free? 2's the perfect number when it comes to staying in this modern suite. Bedroom, living room, furnished terrace - this room's got the lot. The Be Royal Room even has a sauna inside.

• Family Suite - get the whole squad together in these two-bedroom rooms - 1 with single beds and 1 with a double bed, perfect for holidays with the older kids.

Food & Drink

• An Ultra All-Inclusive concept - which, to you and me, means pretty much everything's included - even the a la carte restaurants!

• Gusto Restaurant - the main buffet venue with a kids' section, gluten-free options and outdoor seating if you fancy dining al fresco

• 9 a la carte restaurants - and here's the kicker, most of em are FREE of charge, you just need to make a reservation (A la carte restaurants are closed one day per week, and opening times might vary. Stenella Steak and Stenella Teppanyaki are an additional charge. Some imported drinks are also extra.)

  • Jaipo - for a spicy taste of Mexico

  • Sakura - serving up Far-Eastern specialties

  • Atalantes - your go-to for Greek food, i.e. loads of feta

  • Rugiano - classic Italian, with your favourite pizza and pasta dishes

  • Sultan - traditional Ottoman and Turkish food, because...well, when in Turkey

  • Mermaid - don't worry - Ariel's not on the menu, but there is plenty of seafood

  • Vita Maris - a healthier option if you're trying to cut out the good stuff (sorry, the bad stuff)

  • Stenella Steak - fresh steak cooked just how you like it (extra charge)

  • Stenella Teppanyaki - a firey dinner and a show with Japanese flavours (extra charge)

• Room service - it'll cost ya a bit extra but, it's so worth it. You can live out your Home Alone dreams with a cheesy pizza and ice cream... in bed?!

• SOOOOO many Bars, 12 to be exact! Here's a flavour of some of what's on offer:

  • Poolside snack bar - serving cakes, cookies, sandwiches, jacket potatoes (erm...yes please), and pizza every afternoon, so be sure to grab a slice

  • Fresh-cut fruit stall - for a healthy snack

  • Be Sweet Chocolate Bar - for a (slightly less healthy) snack - you can even channel your inner Wonka and make your own chocolate!

  • Doner kebab stall - with a menu that changes daily, you'll never get bored at this place

  • Be Irish Bar - for all your Guinness and pub-grub cravings

  • That's only 5 of the bars and snack stops on-site! you really have everything you could possibly want at your disposal! we reckon a bar crawl is in order!

Sports & Entertainment

• Swimming:

  • Huge waterpark - decked out with 9 slides to shoot down and a lazy river with inflatable rings, a perfect thrill ride and a perfect hangover cure side by side.

  • Mini waterpark for the kids - with 7 slides, a water tower and a splash zone

  • Family pool - this is the pool where all the activities happen, and it's even got a sloped entrance, perfect for the young ones

  • Semi-Olympic sized pool - if your ideal pool sesh involves swimming as many lengths as you can, this is the pool for you

  • Relaxation pool (age 18+) - sorry kids, this one's just for the adults - ideal if you prefer a quiet dunk followed by a few chapters of your holiday read

  • Indoor pool - in case you fancy taking your swim session indoors - there's even a kids' section for the young ones!

• Beach - this bad boy's right on your doorstep with a beach bar, an adults-only zone for peace and quiet, showers and changing rooms, and water sports (some extra charges apply)

• Mini club (4-12 years) - the little ones have no chance of getting bored here, with a playground, fun fair and kids' cinema on site

• MEGA gym - think weight machines, free weights, cardio machines, punching bags (who's been winding you up lately?) and even a yoga studio with mats, yoga balls and a (FREE to use) Pilates reformer

• 2 tennis courts - fancy channelling your inner Andy Murray?

• Bowling alley and arcade room (extra charge), just in case there wasn't already enough to do...

• Hair and beauty cabins - find these right by the pools, open from 09:00 - 19:30 for the ultimate holiday glow-up, with microblading, Olaplex treatments, lash extensions and more on offer

• Spa - keep the pampering going with a trip to the spa. Offering a Cleopatra milk bath, a jacuzzi, Turkish bath, sauna and treatment (additional charges apply, but well worth it for a bit of R&R).

• Evening activities

  • Catch a light show by the pool with live music

  • Hit the FREE funfair, open 19:00 - 22:00

  • Head to the beach and dance the night away to a live DJ set

  • Book yourself a Shisha session

  • Get your groove on with twice-weekly parties, each with a different theme

• Handy facilities like super-fast Wi-Fi (perfect for all those Insta snaps), and buggies at reception (refundable deposit)

Each pool is manned by a lifeguard from 10:00 - 18:00. All pools apart from the Olympic pool have a pool chair lift for accessible access.

For the New Year's Gala, if the children want to attend the gala hall, they can pay extra at the hotel.
