Overview

The island is surrounded by colourful coral reefs, hence the name Coral Island. The island has two long stretches of white, sandy beach on one side, and a few quiet bays on the other. Coral Island is outstanding, and comes closer than most to fulfilling that seductive mental image, we all seen to have of discovering a remote, perfect, untouched island escape, where the sand is pure and white, the water translucent, the sunsets religiously inspiring and the crowds for away.

Karon Beach is a 30-minute drive, while the centre of Phuket is only a 45-minute drive away.

Guests can enjoy snorkelling from the white sandy beach right in front of the resort.

Distance from Airport

The hotel is located 40 km from Phuket International Airport.

Coral Island is situated 9 km off the south east coast of Phuket and it is surrounded by colourful coral reefs. Please note that with certain Island destinations boat transfers to and from the hotel may be required. The island can be accessed the whole year round and may be reached in only 15 minutes on a boat from Chalong Bay.

Rooms

This club resort comprises a total of 64 rooms designed in a bungalow style and divided into 3 room categories: beachfront deluxe, deluxe and standard rooms. The beachfront deluxe bungalows are just opposite the beach while the deluxe bungalows are tucked away just behind. The standard rooms face the swimming pool and are set up on the hillside.

All rooms come with a private bathroom with a shower, as well as a hairdryer, a minibar, tea and coffee making facilities and a king-size bed. Furthermore, individually adjustable air conditioning, a safe and either a balcony or a terrace are provided in all accommodation as standard.

Food & Drink

This hotel serves international and Thai cuisine. Breakfast is normally served à la carte and sometimes in buffet style. Lunch and dinner are available à la carte or from a buffet, depending on the number of guests. A children's menu is also available.

Sports & Entertainment

Guests can enjoy snorkelling, scuba diving, Thai massage, beach volleyball (free), beach soccer (free), bird watching (free), batik painting, canoeing, fishing and trips to watch the sunset. The hotel features an open air pool (charges apply) with a children's section. Guests may also relax in the spa pool, with a massage or try their hand at banana boating and billiards (charges apply).
