Overview

This retro beach resort has been winning awards left, right and centre for its laid-back atmosphere, fabulous food, crackin' activities and all-round excellent vibes. Some of the rooms here have a disco ball above the bathtub for crying out loud - does it get any more trendy?! Think 60s Miami but on the stunning shores of the Gulf of Thailand... yep, we're sold *books flights*.

• So close to the beach that you'll be finding sand in your suitcase a month later

Rooms

• Wonderfully yellow rooms - we love them because they remind us of sun and sand (obvs)

• Take your pick from a ridiculous number of room types, including Standard King or Superior King rooms for two people, Standard Double Double and Superior Double Double rooms for up to 4 (perfect for families), Corner Family Rooms with two separate bedrooms

• For boujee beach breaks, opt for the Standard Suite which has an additional living space or Superior Suite which has an added dining area and huge bathtub. The ultimate stay though has to be the Villas, with their own pools!

• Lido Restaurant - because sure you're in Thailand, but who's going to say no to all-day Italian food? Not us! Doughy pizza, crafted cocktails and fresh seafood dishes are always a holiday favourite

• Lido Bar - this place looks like something out of a Wes Anderson film, and serves up proper 60s vibes along with cold drinks and small bites to nibble on - expect Thai specialities and American snack food

• Praça - open until midnight, this beachfront bar is where you'll want to spend all your days as you soak up the sunshine and enjoy a spritz by the sea

• The Juice Café - start your day with a coffee, smoothie or zesty juice in this peaceful café with indoor and al fresco seating in a tropical garden. Great for grab n' go snacks or an afternoon boost

Sports & Entertainment

• Not just a pool, but a whole pool scene - colourful loungers, comfy sofas and only a few steps from the sand

• Spa (extra charge) with massages and holistic treatments, plus a Mud Lounge for DIY mud scrubs of various colours and scents
