Century Park

Overview

Our favourite part of Century Park is the rooftop area. It's a chilled-out escape from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok, with tall palm trees, a huge swimming pool and some surprisingly comfy sunbeds so you can soak up the rays on your days off from exploring. Speaking of exploring, the hotel is super central, so it's close to some of the city's main attractions! In other words: it's a brilliant Bangkok base (*in the voice of Greg Wallace*).

Location

• The Grand Palace - 15-minute taxi ride away, and you can visit the Reclining Buddha just next door at the same time

• Khaosan Road - 15 to 20 minutes in a taxi, or only a short walk from The Grand Palace if you fancy a pint after all that picture-snappin'

• Lumphini Park - 40 minutes away on foot, but if you don't want to walk that far you can pack your picnic and head to the leafy Santiphap Park, just 2 minutes away from the hotel!

• Bangkok Airport - 30 to 40 minutes' transfer, depending on the Bangkok traffic
