• Easy, breezy 25-minute car ride from Palma de Mallorca Airport - you'll be at that pool before you can say 'Estoy de vacaciones!' (I'm on holiday if you're down with the Spanish lingo)

• Globales Verdemar Apartments is in between Costa Calma and Santa Ponsa where there's more beaches (we love), local restaurants and a Jungle-themed amusement park for the kiddos

• Outdoor Pool - when you aren't having a dip in the pool, you'll be soaking up the beachy views from the sunbed (€3.50 extra) ((with a cocktail in hand obvs), there's also a smaller shallow bit for the kiddos to splash about in

• Daytime Activities - no time to be sunbathing, there's water polo, archery and poolside games to get stuck into
