• Breakfast buffet – freshly-squeezed OJ, mini chorizo and eggs would probs be our brekky of choice from this splendiferous spread. Oh, and hash browns… always hash browns

• La Terazza – you could spend hours on this rooftop ‘terazza’: wind in your hair, wine in your hand (hopefully not the other way round) and some unbelievably tasty dishes to tuck into. We’re talking Jamón ibérico, Calamari, aioli: basically all the good Spanish stuff. Plus, this place is covered by a glass roof so the cocktails keep flowin’ year round
