Avoid this accommodation, it's so run down, when we opened the sliding door the smell hit us straight in the face, there was a dirty couch in the living area, the bath was actually plastered, they obviously tried to patch up cracks in the bath with just looked dirty and disgusting, it def ruined our holiday

Highly recommend. Superb value. Great pool. Have stayed here twice and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in PDC. Close to all the bars and restaurants and 5 min walk from the beach. Supermarket located right under the hotel which is very convenient

We stayed at the isabel last week and for budget accommodation this place ticks all the boxes, friendly helpful staff and cleaner is also very friendly and helpful.

The ladies on reception were extremely helpful with our stay and the place was a typical canarian apartment, very clean and did the trick. 

Location is ideal for the busy bars and clubs of puerto del carmen and the walk to the front isn't very steep like some apartment locations. 

Social distancing measures were in place and plenty of room around the pool which was open. Apartments were very safe with lockable gate on the evening also and also quiet even though so near to the heart of puerto del carmen. 

Our beds were very comfortable and would recommend others to stay here both for location and great price.

Central location, ideal for cheap getaway

My husband and I booked last minute for the apartment 
Valentina was extremely helpful from start to finish we booked for 2 weeks and stayed in room 9 ground floor as my husband had a broken ankle staff are lovely and polite apartments are basic but clean beds are superb and comfy
We will definitely be back again when we are in Lanzarote 
We would like to thank Valentina and the staff for a wonderful holiday 😀xxx
