Very friendly hotel .the room had a large terrace and there was a small but nice garden and swimming pool. easy access to  buses in front of the hotel. There are also some apartments to rent that look very good. Room cleaned daily. The receptionists were very helpful and efficient.

6 day stay

We arrived last Wednesday 27/1124 and stayed for 3 nights just for a little mini break before xmas.
We were met by a lovely lady on the reception who made us feel welcome straight away.
Her name was Mercedes and she was just delightful. She checked us in in no time at all and without asking she told us everything we needed to know about getting around the coastline,recommending Belanmadena, Malaga, Mihas and Gibraltar. She issued us a map and told us about all the attractions and told us the bus numbers and where to get a bus card.
We visited all the places she recommended apart from Mihas,all excellent. We came down the next morning and she made us breakfast as well as manning the reception, we had a friendly chat which left us relaxed.
On departure she gave my wife and I a hug and told us that she would miss us,really nice touch.
My wife and I are well travelled and we can honestly say that Mercedes has given us the friendliest welcome ever,she is a credit to the hotel and I would recommend this hotel.

Beautiful friendly hotel

Mel Robbins...Room 210..........The hotel was very clean as other reviewers have stated but the let down for me was the basics.The lighting in the room upon arrival couldn't have been more uninviting,it must have been 25 watts which made the first impression somewhat dull and dreary.The shower unit was some cheap product and had been stuck in the corner on a bracket and there were no shelves to put anything on so the only way to use it was by holding the shower head in one hand and the soap in the other.l gave up using it after the first day and washed in the sink instead but then the added problem was the inadequate water system which took ages to get even warm so l resorted to boiling a kettle but even then it was a joke because the kettle cord did not reach the socket so l had to put the kettle on the floor to boil it.
The breakfasts are obviously to a personal liking and what some people like others dislike so l will leave my comment about that.
The maids were excellent and the room was always cleaned superbly.
The view from the balcony of the garden and pool is quaint.

l totally agree with other reviewers regarding Mercedes ,she was mind of information and extremely helpful,obviously an asset to this hotel.

After reading the reviews a bit of a let down.

Having read the previous reviews I was a little sceptical.Could this place really be that good?
The simple answer is YES. 
As other reviews have stated this is not a luxury hotel.It has 3 stars.
The hotel is kept spotlessly clean.The rooms are cleaned daily…the towels replaced.Sheets are changed maybe every 3 days for a longer stay.
The customer service offered by Mercedes,Alina & Mischa is exceptional.Nothing was too much trouble for them and they would happily call restaurants and check availability etc.
Wifi is great.There is a kettle and cups in the room plus shower gel and shampoo for the first couple of days.
English channels are available on the sub-channel for a number of stations.
The location couldn’t be better.It’s about 10 steps to the buses towards Mijas and Fuengirola and directly opposite that is the bus stop towards Torremolinos and Malaga.
A few minor points could be improved:
1.An extra bin in the bedroom.There s only 1 in the bathroom.
2.A fridge is available for rental at €5 per day as is a safety deposit box at €2.50 per day.
3.The bathroom floor easily gets wet due to the wet room style of the shower so please ask for more shower mats.
4.The pool was cool in November and the rooms overlooking the pretty gardens and the pool don’t get any sunshine so bear that in mind.The rooms overlooking the grounds at the back will get the sunshine from around midday.
5.The hotel is non-smoking inside but guests are allowed to smoke on the balconies and in the outside areas so this could be annoying for non-smokers.Also the rooms overlooking the gardens and pool can be noisy depending on guests.
