This friendly apartment complex is centrally situated in the tourist centre of Salou, close to an attractive sandy beach (500 metres away). There are several shopping areas surrounding the complex where guests may explore the different shops, boutiques, bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Public transport departs for the centre from a stop approximately 50 m from the complex. The Reception is not open 24 hours a day. The complex was built in 2001 and consists of 8 apartment blocks. The beach complex was built in 2001 and consists of a main building with 5 floors. Various facilities are available to guests including a foyer with a lift, a currency exchange desk, an Internet connection and a safe.

There are 180 self catering apartments at Ventura Park are spread over 5 floors and have a capacity for 4-6 or 6-8 persons. All the apartments are tastefully furnished and include a double room and an en suite bathroom. Moreover, each has a kitchenette, central heating and a minibar. The apartments are all tastefully styled furnished and have 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living and dining area, a kitchenette, air conditioning and a balcony.

There is also a café, a bar and an air-conditioned restaurant.

Ventura Park has a swimming pool and a separate children's pool (which is opened from June to September) surrounded by a sun terrace and well kept gardens as well as a play area for children.
