Needed a mirror in the bedroom, the balcony was small but serviceable. Lighting is lovely in the room and has some good blackout curtains. Shower gel provided and room cleaned daily with fresh towels. Would advice go for breakfast early as they had run out of any sort of egg. Vending machines in foyer with water, chocolate etc.

Good city centre location.

Good location.  Rooms are ok.  Sparse.  No pictures on the wall.  No in room amenities. One towel hook. Tiniest garbage can I have ever seen.  One bar of soap that would clean a tiny person and two cheap bath gels. No where to put towels so they take up the counter space.  Bath placement of light with TV so cord is all over the desk. Sink is a pain as it automatically splashes the counters. Hotel needs a sprucing up paint wise on the hall way. Nice balcony, quiet.  Service is fine.  Front entry of the hotel is stunning.  Parking is easy. 14 Euros. No luggage cart. Buffet is fine.  Could be a good place if they put some extra niceties to the place.

OK for sleep.

A  very central hotel, it's located just 2 minutes away from Balcó del Mediterrani, 10 minutes away from the Roman Amphitheatre and 15 minutes away from the Cathedral.
The rooms are spacious, modern, quiet, well-equipped, very clean and have balconies. The en-suite bathrooms are very clean too.
The hotel offers a good breakfast-buffet with a couple of hot options, plus tortilla de patatas (there's a microwave to heat it up). The dining room is just beside the nice swimming pool, which is open from May to October.
I would be glad to stay here again.

Nice, central place in Tarragona

Awful place. Stayed here on May 18th 2024 on the last night of a road trip after staying in several beautiful, clean and welcoming hotels in cities in the south. The hotel receptionist was not helpful at all regarding parking (which is allegedly on-site but was full) and was generally cold and unwelcoming. To top it off despite booking a room for two and clearly being a couple, she placed us in a room with two separate single beds.
The room itself was shabby and dusty, and had no facilities. Tiny bottles of soap in the bathroom were the only things provided. The window (which was difficult to open and nearly caused an injury) faced a wall, and the air conditioning was barely functional. The only good point about the whole experience was that our small dogs were allowed and there was no surcharge. However it might have been preferable to bring a kennel and sleep with them on the street.

Tips (if forced to stay here)
1: Don’t rely on parking at the hotel. There is a large parking garage on the same street. However the elevator down was broken.
2. If you are over 160 cm tall I would spread towels all over the bathroom prior to taking a shower since the water will flood the bathroom otherwise.
3. There are steps in the hotel reception area leading to the elevators and other areas which would make disabled access difficult and certainly don’t help people with large cases.
4. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
