Stayed here for marathon weekend, and have to say the location was perfect. 20 minute walk to start / finish. Only 5 minutes to the city centre.
The hotel was clean, the reception staff brilliant, room was large. As was the bathroom.
The reasons I call this an average hotel are:
Poor fitness centre. Breakfast was lame. Don't do dinner, which makes it a glorified B&B, not 4 star hotel. 

Rooms and location great. Don't bother with breakfast 

Stayed for 3 nights.  The room was small but it had enough facilities for a budget business traveller.  Backed onto residential flats with a dog that barked occasionally.    Room window opened to a really ugly courtyard that had very little natural light...  The bathroom smelt very BAD and we had to sleep with the bathroom door shut and the fan on to stop the smell creeping out.....Breakfast was not appetising.

Okay for a one night stay

Spacious rooms, well located hotel in Valencia. Walking distance to attractions and near many restaurants and shops. Not too far from the metro which is great if flying in to Valencia as you can take the metro into the city. Would be happy to say here again.

Great hotel in Valencia

Convenient location, good size room and comfortable bed. The staff were excellent and the breakfast buffet was very good.
However, the room was described as having a "city view" but all we could see was traffic passing below and the trees in front, which is not what I'd expect given this description. The traffic / pedestrian noise was surprisingly loud too, and at all hours. 
The biggest issue was the poor wi-fi in the room: for a lot of the time it was unusable.
Nevertheless, we enjoyed our staff and would stay again, but we'd know what sort of room to ask for if we did.
