Port Saplaya Apartments

Really enjoyed our stay at Sea You Apartments. Fantastic views from the apartment balcony of the sea and prom. Staff were most helpful and apartments had everything we needed .... including a kettle ! Plenty of restaurant's and bars within walking distance. - community pool short walk to left has very comfortable sunbeds and parasols to hire. walking about 30 mins to right on beautiful beachfront you can hire sunbeds/parasols . The area known as Little Venice and lives up to the name. Its a quite area but with easy access to the beautiful city of Valencia.  We look forward to returning.

Fantastic location and apartment  ...

We had a lovely apartment with a fab sea view from the lounge and kitchen, and obviously from the spacious terrace.
The complex of Port Saplaya is very picturesque and great to walk around. We didn't use the beach but it's a wide expanse of sand with a few bars and restaurants behind - we were there in May and quite a few weren't open.
An interesting taxi ride into the city too

A well-appointed apartment with a beautiful view!

Port Saplaya is a nice complex of apartments built in the 70’s. Our apartment faced the sea and you could see the sun rise. The washing machine was great, no drier but a clothes rack allowed the clothes to dry over night. Well staffed office is open every day and an emergency phone for after hours plus an email address that I had a serviceman at the door at 10am after an email sent overnights. No safe as they had lost the key.
Apartment is small and dated. Sitting furniture uncomfortable especially the red sofa.
Cleaning is confusing. Site mentioned we get a cleaning once a week but actually it is just a sheet and towel change. They just leave the new towels and sheets and don’t make the beds. We paid for 2 extra cleanings and booked the dates on registration. No one showed up and the front desk was confused between sheet changes and cleaning saying we only get sheets and we had them last week so apartment won’t be cleaned. Eventually is was cleaned. Parking was no problem as we always found an outside space. Underground is €10 a night but we never needed it. Supermarket within walking distance. For visiting the city I’d stay closer and walk rather that take a taxi or bus as the main Valencia buses don’t come out this far. WIFI was good. TV had 3 English news channel but they never worked. Noisy, people moving chairs in other units drag them on the tiles. Walls are thin. Our next door apt had a party that kept us up from 4am to 6am. For a long beach stay it might be good but for visiting Valencia I would not recommend it.

Not as glamorous as claimed

Nice: First line location & responsive customer service. Internal patio and promenade nearby and plenty of small cafeterias
Not good: lack of kettle, liquid soap in the room and rusty terrace railings
