Stayed in 3rd floor apartment which had a big balcony and had a view to the mountain which was lovely. Big apartment well equipped with what you needed. Swimming pool was a good fair size dolphin shaped, was lovely, very clean and well maintained and lifeguarded between 12 to 7 approx. Only downside was no inflatables allowed which was shame but understandable as did get busy. We went during an extended Spanish Bank Holiday so possibly busier than usual but good time round pool 3 to 5 when a lot of families seemed to disappear for their siesta! Would recommend apartments near to a beach about 5 minute walk and to an Aldi. About 15 minutes to heart of Denia where you will find numerous restaurants down little streets.

Lovely Pool & Surroundings

We stayed for a week in September. The apartments are in a complex of largely owned so it has a really nice atmosphere as people live there. The apartment we stayed in was really well equipped, spotless and very spacious as well as tremendous value. The only down side was that the wifi didnt work although we were told it was included. However, there is a small business centre on site which we used. The pool is really clean and nice to swim in. There's a little play area for kids which I imagine is a life saver if you have small ones. The beach is around 5 minutes way and there's an Aldi about 5 minutes walk away for essentials. The centre of Denia about 15 minutes walk which we liked, as we worked up an appetite! Denia itself is , really lovely and so much more than the beach front as there's a lovely old Spanish town behind with tons of greats bars and cafes. The walk from Denia down the coast to Les Rotas well worth it, to lovely beach bars.

Really lovely apartments - photos don't do it justice!

We stayed here for three months, you can walk into town in 15 minutes, the beach is very close. The pool is freezing. The apartments are very well maintained and we kind the conseirge very helpful.
We had a two bedroom apartment on the first floor, there is a lift. The gym is an added bonus,

We stayed at the Elegance, on the ground floor.
It was very clean and well equipped. With a garden. Our apartment was quiet because we were not near the pool.
Because we chose the ground floor, there was not a view. But it was a small price to pay for the quiet.
My only negative was the parking. We were allocated a space but after a few days when a note was put on our wind screen asking us to not park in that space as it belonged to another resident. We were then given our correct parking space.
The car park does take some getting used to. It's like a maze.
