The main restaurant offers international and Mediterranean cuisine with showcooking, against the backdrop of city and sea views. During the summer months, there is a buffet at the poolside bar, while drinks and snack are offered all year round. There is also a British bar and cafeteria with large terrace on site.

Alongside the large adult swimming pool there is also a children’s splash and play area, plus the hotel hosts lively entertainment every day to keep all guests having fun. Just a heads up that there is new construction work that will be carried out on a tower adjacent to Port Benidorm Hotel & Spa building starting from September 2024 until June 2025. This is to build the structure of the new building. The appearance of the construction site will be considerably reduced from June 2025. The work will continue from September 2025 onwards to complete the extension of the hotel for the summer season of 2026.

The swimming pool and children's play area will be closed from the first week of January 2025. From March 2025, a new children's play area will be installed in the solarium of the hotel's main pool.
