This hotel has to be the worst ever no complementary coffee or tea. Air conditioning kept breaking down to which hotel made up excuses as it was automatically controlled to trip( I know an electrical issue when I see one).hotel would have been nice in the 70s and is so run down. Breakfast in morning not very appetising. Staff not willing to help and don’t speak any English.totally disappointed and couldn’t wait to go home. Avoid this hotel

How did this Hotel get 3stars!. The first room we had was dirty Hair in the Bed ,mould in bathroom. We moved to another which was also bad . Walls were stained , Balcony door did not lock ,tap fittings loose. Wasn’t told about the air conditioning you had to ask for it to be put on after 4 days we were told about this.No sea view, pool area was unsafe beds were broken no lifeguard. We were told by jet holidays that this Hotel had everything.Parrot had pooed in the reception area I told one of the staff who didn’t do anything just left it there. Main light in Room didn’t work sometimes came on then went off then on .only had 4meals in hotel 3 breakfast 1 dinner as the food is left out for the evening tea. Had to wait about 15 minutes for the staff to refill the empty food trays .Room was cleaned everyday also clean towels given. 
This Hotel needs to reviewed for its star level.

Hotel Shambles

I stayed here for six nights and I paid very little for full board so I wasn't expecting a great deal. I must say for what I paid I was happy enough. I ate out a lot of the time but I usually do that anyway  yes, the place is a bit dated and could do with a makeover. I do feel though some of the previous reviews were a little harsh I found the staff to be friendly. If I got a similar deal I would return but I would not pay a large amount for this hotel

Fair for the price

I have visited this hotel with a friend for a long weekend. The whole place is extremely dated and the room is in a poor state of repair. There is water leaking through the bathroom ceiling. Toilet seat hanging off. The bed is broken. No TV remote. Walls are damaged. There is no bar. We have witnessed loads of people complaining at reception and basically being told nothing will be done about it. We paid for full board but after having a barely lukewarm eggs and beans on toast, we have decided not to bother. If you're not overly fussy it might be a good option for a stag/hen party as a base to sleep at. I wouldn't book it for anything more than that. I wouldn't bother paying for any board packages. Location is fairly good. 5 min walk to the beach and 20 mins to the main town.
