Please note that the hotel does not accept any stag/hen, birthday, reunion or other group parties, and they reserve the right to refuse group bookings where the bookings have been made separately. If a group booking is not detected prior to arrival, a deposit of €300 per person will be payable upon check-in. If any member of the group causes any issues or damage, the full deposits of the entire group will be kept. The hotel also reserves the right to reject bookings at any time; before, during or after arrival.

The hotel offers 216 luxurious guest rooms, which all feature a private bathroom, air conditioning, balcony or terrace, flat-screen TV, tea/coffee making facilities, safe, minibar and a sofa bed. Some rooms feature sea views, whilst others offer views of the theme park.

The main buffet restaurant offers a wide range of high-quality cuisine, along with live show cooking. There's also a cafeteria with an outdoor terrace, affording spectacular views of the Benidorm skyline.

Guests can relax on the sun terrace by the seasonal outdoor swimming pool. There is also a fitness centre, sauna and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.

All customers staying in the Grand Luxor Hotel / Grand Luxor Village will get unlimited access to the parks Terra Mitica & Mundomar for the full duration of their stay, including their arrival date and departure date (subject to opening dates of the parks themselves).

This property is recognised as a bike friendly hotel, and can help to prepare cycling teams during the winter season with a suitable location and excellent facilities.
