Evamar Apartments

Overview

The resort is situated in the Levante area, a 20-minute walk from the Old Town and Benidorm centre. A few metres away, there are links to the public transport network. Near to the aparthotel, guests will find many restaurants, bars and shops.

Please note that a 50.00 € deposit is required per person; cash only on arrival. This will be refunded upon check-out, providing that no damage has been caused to the accommodation. For early departures contact reception the day before you depart.

The collection of keys for the Evamar apartments will be collected at the Luxmar Apartments: Avenida de Zamora, number 3. Telephone: 96 680 59 05. Luxmar reception opening hours: from 08:00 am till 24:00 pm. For late arrivals, it is advisable to contact the hotel reception.

How far is the nearest beach?

It is a short 10-minute walk from the apartments to Levante beach.

Distance from Airport

These 3 star Costa Blanca apartments are located 35 miles from the airport, so transfer times will be less than an hour to Benidorm.

Rooms

Each apartment accommodates up to 5 people, with 2 single beds in the bedroom and 2 sofa beds in the lounge. They all have a kitchen equipped with an electric hob and oven, a fridge, a toaster, utensils and tea and coffee making facilities. Further amenities include a fully equipped bathroom, a living/dining room with TV (charges apply), an electric heater, a hire safe and a terrace.

Food & Drink

This is a self catering complex.

Please note that the All Inclusive services won't be a buffet as they will get at the Flamingo Benidorm the food services will be as menus (three times a day in a timetable) and served at the same building: Evamar apartments. Drinks policy remains the same: house and soft drinks included.

Sports & Entertainment

The resort has an outdoor swimming pool for adults with a children's swimming area, as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers for hire and a playground.  There is also a spacious games room with table tennis, pool/snooker (fees apply), Internet corner (charges apply) and TV. The nearest golf course is only 5 km away.
