We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and my mums engagement and wedding rings went missing from the room. Absolutely devastating and hotel staff completely uninterested. 3 days later and much chasing, still no call back from management. Would never recommend this hotel as a result.

Hotel it’s just what you need if your staying in Benidorm for a weekend on the drink and partying. 

The hotel is fairly modern and has all been modernised recently. 

We stayed for 4-5 nights I can’t remember which it was but the price was fairly cheap 

Hotel is extremely clean however only down side is the balcony’s are extremely narrow and the railings were waist hight and I’m only 5”8 have to be extra careful when you’ve had a drink and out on the balcony. 

Hotel staff were polite and very help full. 

Would stay again 

Having intentionally avoided Benidorm for the first 62 years of my life i decided to take the plunge. Whilst English Square looked like party central and probably best avoided the rest of the resort exceeded all expectations. Benidorm is the perfect destination for a Christmas break, i may have been less enthusiastic in mid-summer. The Hotel Benidorm Centre is a perfectly adequate establishment, spotlessly clean with excellent staff. The food varied from fantastic breakfast buffet to average Dinner fare. Great location for all attractions and close to Levante beach.

Tale of a Benidorm virgin

We recently stayed here and as we had no high expectations from reviews and pictures we weren’t disappointed (although we may have been if we hadn’t researched first). Rooms were small but clean and the entrance is smart, no safe but rooms are air conditioned. If you want a balcony ask for a twin room (and push beds together) double rooms have no balcony. Location is good, short walk to the beach and old town and there’s a lovely cafe that sells delicious cakes about 50 yards away. We didn’t find the hotel noisy at night, although as another has said there is building works which start very early going on at the moment in a nearby building, but by height of season I assume that’ll be gone. New town is about a 20 min stroll away, and it’s lovely if you walk along the beach. Or you can get a taxi for around 8 euros and the hotel can order one for you. We were on a room only basis so I can’t comment on the food. We would stay again for a cheap break, but I think next year we may spend a little more and stay elsewhere.
