Overview

Playamojacar is located close to the beautiful Mojacar town, with its white houses and quirky cobbled streets. There's plenty to do in the local area, but you won't want to leave the hotel! It has everything you need for a chilled-out stay in the Spanish sunshine. Plus, every room has a sea view! Yes, every room!

Situated near Playa de la Mena, just a five-minute walk to the shore, Playamojacar offers easy access to Mojácar's bustling beach promenade, dotted with cafes, restaurants, and bars. Guests can explore the nearby picturesque town of Mojácar with its historic streets and traditional Spanish charm. A convenient bus stop just steps from the hotel makes exploring the area a breeze, with Almería Airport around an hour’s drive away. This prime location also allows guests to venture out to popular nearby attractions, including scenic beaches, historic sites, and nature trails, perfect for those wanting a taste of local culture and landscapes.

Playamojacar offers a variety of room options (all with sea views) and board types to suit everyone. No matter which room you choose, you are guaranteed a comfortable stay with air conditioning and a furnished balcony or terrace area to relax al fresco. Other standard amenities include a satellite TV, safe (local charge), telephone (local charge), hairdryer and makeup mirror.

All rooms are designed with clean, natural furnishings and have daily housekeeping to keep them looking tip top for your stay. All room types, except Double Rooms, come with a sofa bed.

Room types available at this hotel include Double Rooms, Doubles with Living Room, One Bedroom Family Suites and Superior Double Rooms with Living Room. One Bedroom Family Suites offer the most spacious stay with two double beds and a sofa bed, sleeping up to 5 guests.

Food & Drink

The hotel has a buffet restaurant with show-cooking, as well as a pizzeria, a café and two bars. The pool bar is our favourite for chilled-out cocktail sipping! High chairs for little ones are also available in the restaurant (subject to availability).

There are four board types at Playamojacar, so you can enjoy your holiday your way. Bed and Breakfast, Half Board (breakfast and lunch or dinner), Full Board (drinks not included) and Premium All Inclusive. Premium All Inclusive guests can enjoy additional tasty treats such as daily afternoon tapas, Lay's crisps and ice cream tubs from the bars, afternoon snacks, and all-day drinks until 1am (in the summer season).

Sports & Entertainment

The hotel has a large outdoor pool area with a sun terrace, a huge swimming pool, a water park with three slides and a splash zone for little guests with fountains and mini slides. Kids will also enjoy the Mini Club (open seasonally) whilst parents can take a dip in the Jacuzzi for some much-needed relaxation.

Helpful staff are on hand 24-hours at the reception area, there is FREE Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and even a first aid room. The hotel also offers some other handy extras that come at an additional charge, such as: a laundry service, pram hire, babysitting service (on request), currency exchange and car hire.

If all that wasn't enough, there is tons to do in the local area, including visits to Vera Water Park, Macenas Castle, Sorbas Caves and Mojacar Shopping Centre for those holiday souvenirs. Plus, it couldn't be much easier to get around, with a bus stop only 20m down the road.
