Bungalows Betancuria

Booked a superior bungalow via booking.com. Arrived mid February, was provided keys to our bungalow, brought food into the kitchen, my son pointed out there was a Mouse on our bread! Investigated to find them behind the fridge, pictured. My youngest son started shouting as they were also running across the sofa and sitting room. Complained and was moved eventually. First bungalow resembles nothing like what is pictured on booking.com. Moved to second bungalow, which was absolutely filthy, had dead and dying cockroaches on the kitchen, and sitting room floors, also found dead under one of the beds. Water heater leaking, cupboards filthy, and rotten. Swimming pool, dirty and after getting advice from a local doctor was told our youngest son had got ‘swimming pool rash’ from it. Stopped the kids using it after the third day. The bungalow also had absolutely no resemblance to the superior bungalow advertised - fact. We absolutely would never recommend these bungalows to anyone with families as they are filthy and require full refurbishment and much better management. We spent the first afternoon cleaning the place from top to bottom, the mop bucket was black, although this is basic accommodation there is no need for dirtiness. Spoke to others staying at the bungalows who also mentioned about the poor maintenance and general cleanliness. Very disappointed. 

Absolutely filthy and not as advertised. 

Have been 3 times already in Betancuria. The best place in whole playa del Ingles!  Very nice staff especially at the reception. Was a pleasure to be there and can’t wait for the next time. See you soon <3

The photographs depicted on Booking.Com bore no resemblance whatsoever to the bungalow no. 37 we stayed in. We are complaining to them. They looked really nice on the photos. This was supposed to be deluxe this is wrong it should read very basic! Where to begin. This was about as basic as could be. Of 5 sunbeds 3 were broken - we were a party of 4. No headboard in double bed room. No seating on balcony. No bedside tables or lights in either room. No matching cutlery or crockery or glasses. All different sizes. Only 2 dinner plates - were fobbed off by being told breakfast bowls were plates, only 2 of them and only 2 bowls and 2 small plates. Had to buy tall glasses for long drinks and beers. Sofa smelt. No ventilation for downstairs toilet. Yes there was a washing machine but no iron or ironing board (eventually got an iron). No hairdryer. No advertised free toiletries had to go and buy soaps etc. Real shame as is in good location with lovely swimming pool area. Also woke up one morning to find maintenance man digging trench by our front door. Over next few days new pipe laid and partly cemented in. No one informed us of this or said how long it would be not even an apology for any inconvenience caused - we were still walking over planks when we left. Please do not stay here unless you have dated photographic evidence that these numerous shortfalls have been put right!

Worst accommodation ever!

Some pictures are better bungalows what  booking show us!
Dirty, filthy,mold everywhere see pictures! Big massive mold aroun the windows,and next to the bed!!! Beds where you want to sleep!!!
Mold in the shower massive black mold!!
Electrick plugs are dangerous "see pictures! We stayed with 3 years old daughter in this  bungalow,all times we had to see that she not touch this dangerous plugs!!
Facilites are massive rusty!!!!! Refrigerator out and in massive rusty!!!" see pictures
Big crack on the plastering of the terrace over your head.
Outside table and chairs very shabby.
Durind we stayed  was big noise roadwork in Betancuria area. 
Not enough hot water for 4 person. The last two persons had to wait two hours for hot water every day.

Koszos,mocskos,penész mindenhol-lásd a képeken! Masszív penész a ablakok körül és a ágyak mellett! Ágyak mellett ahol aludni akarsz!!!!
Penész a tusolóban,fekete masszív penész!!
Elektromos dugók életveszélyesek "lásd a képeket! 3 éves lányommal voltunk itt ebbe a bungalóban végig azt kellett figyelnünk hogy nehogy hozzá érjen a dugókhoz!
Masszív rozsdák mindenhol!!! A hűtő kívül belül csupa rozsda!!! " lásd a képeket
Nagy repedés a vakolaton pontosan a fejed felett.
Kinti asztal és székek nagyon kopottak.
Amíg itt tartozkodtunk nagyon hangos vízbekötéseket csináltak,törték a betont a nyaraló területén
Nincs elég meleg víz 4 ember számára. A utolsó két embernek várnia kellett 2 órát hogy újra melegedjen a víz!
