Perfect location in walk distance to most of the highlights, easy check-in and check-out, really friendly staff. The design is modern and rooms equipped with everything you need and even more: kind words on a card and welcoming drink (bottle of champagne). There are two open terraces, one is with sport equipment and a view to Passeig des Born.
The breakfast is outstanding, I still miss the delicious jamon.

Great, centrally located hotel. Rooms are interesting, minimalist. What really made the difference for us, though, was the excellent and attentive team at the hotel.  We had an issue with the air conditioning and it was addressed immediately. Very responsive, helpful and friendly all around.

Noisy restaurant after midnight- this hotel is very well located in the heart of Palma. Breakfast is decent. Staff is friendly.  My only critique is the restaurant hosts large dinner parties at night that end around or after midnight and the staff is unwilling or is unable to control the patrons noise level. They sacrifice the hotel guests for the restaurant guests at night. I made the comment to the lobby attendant this morning after last night noise level was excessive long after midnight, probably close to 1 am and she said I was not the 1st to complain as there were other hotel guests that said the same this morning. Again, tonight- same thing. Noisy restaurant guests after midnight yelling, screaming, clapping, generally having a good time but unfortunately no consideration for the hotel guests. Possibly the hotel owners need to consider sound proofing the restaurant space or other measures  to optimize both the hotel guest and restaurant patrons experience and not affect the hotels long term viability.

excellent stay. clean and safe, friendly staff, beautiful building. perfect location for a first time in Palma, right in the hustle and bustle. we booked directly with the hotel (no third party) and they gave us a free bottle of cava and complimentary breakfast to thank us. the restaurant is beautiful and food i great.
