What has happened to M !!!
No customer service, no care , dreadful breakfast and no Aircon !!!
This used to be a classy and beautiful city hotel. Something has gone seriously wrong.
Avoid the rude and careless staff in this run down beauty !!
The area is so perfect for shopping, but sadly all has changed and now the catering has been contracted out too !!!

Gone way downhill !!!!!

Ceiling fan was broken, was told that would have to wait until the morning for someone to fix it. No aircon due to winter months, so had to sleep with window open while another guest played loud music from 2am for over an hour before they were told to stop. We checked out early, and were not asked why by the staff. I had heard great things but honestly incredibly disappointed. On top of that we had asked for a bottle of cava to be delivered as it was my wife’s birthday, but this was only delivered to us when I went to complain about the fan and no air con. It just seems such a same when other reviews offered so much promise

Staff seemed oblivious

We generally enjoyed our stay in this hotel. I think the rooms are much nicer than the photos.
I found the beds and pillows incredibly comfortable, squishy but firm.
The air conditioning is exceptional.
Breakfast was fine, small but ok. Coffee was grim though, but I think you could pay at the bar for other options.
There is a bar but on the Saturday we were there they had closed at 9pm which wasn't great. Not sure if this is standard.
The photos of the plunge pool dont live up to reality. We expected small and it was. Didn't expect the very mouldy cushions on the four loungers. They really were unacceptable and surely could be replaced at a low cost.
In a really good location down a not particularly nice alley but very central.



Nice hotel but...

great location, but thats all there is left of this tragic hotel
rooms are in terrible state, lesse then 3 star hotel
noisy windows half broken, bathrooms falling apart and so son the list goes on
doors of your rooms are no isolation to any noisy late night people coming back
reception was not much of a welcome as well
