A warm welcome from Laurence. A very friendly manager. We went for first two weeks of Oct. Ideal position for everything. Shops,beautiful beach ,bars & walks. A cheap Euroski supermarket around the corner. A great sized apartment with lovely balconies to sit out on and people watch.. Yes it is basic but has all amenities & is  ideal for a budget holiday . I will definitely be coming back. I believe there is some renovations going to be happening before next season. As some people have said it is a bit noisy out side but you only need one night to get used to the different sounds. We used the shuttle bus from the airport you book in advance . That worked well. Mixed age groups & nationalities when we stayed. Couples &  friends & families

Great location,Great size, price and very helpful' friendly staff

We were not expecting a lot for these apartments for the price we paid for a week.
How wrong we were, they were clean, spacious and couldn't have been in a better location.
They are literally 2 minutes from everything we needed. Shops, bars, restaurants and the beach.
Lawrence who was on reception couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.
We will definitely go back there. 
We believe they are going to be refurbished, we hope they won't loose the charm they have now! 


Fabulous apartments

just returned fron 10 days at the monac beach apart. very basic but rooms were clean. apart from the cooker which was unuseable. staff very friendly and helpful. we were given a room on 1st floor which had a tree blocking light into room. after asking to move we were given a room on the 6th (top). had a lovely view from the large balcony.we were told after this season closes they are doing a referb. very central for shops and beach . was worth what we paid.

The bad: Old and used apartment (doors, windows, funiture, everything), bad isolation (loud until midnight), tiny TV, dirty floors when arriving, dirty dishes/pots, no dishwashing liquid, no AC (was ok in June), no toiletries, no free WiFi, paid WiFi only in the lobby, no closet in 2nd bedroom.

The good: price, price, price, location (next to the main shopping walkway, 1 minute from the beach, many great restaurants nearby, 3 minutes from large free car park), 2 bedrooms, kitchen, balcony, clean towels/bed sheets/pillows, friendly staff, elevator.

You get what you pay for. Overall ok for us for 4 nights. We are not very picky/fussy though ;)
