Overview

The Rocha Brava Apartments are located just 3km east of Carvoeiro, a charming fishing village right in the heart of the Algarve. The resort itself is situated on the cliff top and surrounded by 11 hectares of beautiful landscaped gardens. The protection of the environment is of utmost concern and besides the countless variety of trees and flowers, artificial lakes have been created and many of the existing species of flora, such as almond trees and fig trees have been maintained. It is an ideal setting for lovers of nature and tranquillity.

Rooms

The one and two storey buildings have typical Algarvean characteristics, are very well maintained and integrate perfectly into the surrounding landscape. They all offer a bedroom, lounge, kitchen, bathroom with bath and/or shower and most have a balcony/terrace. Each apartment and villa has its own decor and may vary from the images.

Food & Drink

Guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at the O Farol Restaurant with views over the pool and waterfall feature. The restaurant offers an international, à la carte menu with Portuguese specialities. There is also a pool bar serving everything from cocktails to snacks and a coffee shop and additional bar in the lobby. Please note that drinks are not included in the Half Board service.

Sports & Entertainment

There are plenty of activities on offer at the resort. Choose from three outdoor swimming pools (one of which is covered and heated during the winter), separate children’s pool, tennis club with four courts and a resident coach available for individual or group lessons or the games room with table tennis and snooker (open November to March). Keep the children occupied in the kids club which, for your convenience is complimentary, and offers entertainment for children aged 4-12 during the summer months of May - October (5 days a week). For added relaxation try the excellent beauty shop where fully qualified therapists can provide treatments from body massage to aromatherapy and reflexology.

The property also features its very own Crazy Golf Course, with nine holes of fun for the whole family to enjoy. Please note that a charge applies for this activity, and that a deposit is required for the clubs/balls.
