This attractive complex is located directly in Areiras de Sao Joao, in Albufeira. Its inviting atmosphere is ideal for a family holiday under the Algarve sun. A bus service runs twice daily from the hotel to the beach (except at the weekends).

Please note some rooms have three steps up to access the front door meaning this property may not be suitable for guests with walking difficulties.

Stag/Hen groups are not permitted. For groups of 4 adults or more a refundable deposit of 250€ per person may be payable on arrival and is at the hotel's discretion. The hotel considers a minimum of either 5 rooms and/or 10 paying guests as a group and may refuse any and all sets of bookings with 5 rooms and/or 10 paying guests.

This apartment complex comprises a total of a 5-storey main building and 74 apartments. Each apartment includes: a hairdryer, satellite/cable TV, a direct dial telephone, a radio, tiling, a balcony or terrace, a fridge, a kitchenette, individually regulated air conditioning, a hire safe, a combined living room/bedroom and a separate bedroom.

There is a snack bar on site, which is open in summer (April to October).

Sports & Entertainment

In the grounds, there is a freshwater swimming pool and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. Sports options include pool/snooker as well as tennis facilities. Within 7 km guests will find the nearest golf course.

Just a heads up, throughout November 2024, refurbishment works will be taking place subject to weather conditions. If bad weather persists the completion date may be pushed back beyond November.

Chargeable Extras

Guests are welcomed in the foyer with 24-hour reception desk, a hotel safe, a currency exchange counter and lifts. In addition, a bar, a cafe, a restaurant, a games room and a TV room are also offered to guests for further entertainment.
