Guests can choose from Standard Double Rooms, One Bedroom Suites, Two Bedroom Suites, Family Rooms and Family Rooms Plus. All accommodation features a bathroom, flat-screen satellite TV, safety deposit box, minibar, hairdryer, radio, telephone, air conditioning, bathrobes and slippers, free toiletries and a balcony. Family Rooms are for up to four adults and Family Rooms Plus are for up to four adults and two children.

The hotel offers a high-quality The Garden buffet restaurant which offers healthy, vegetarian and vegan options as well as cooking stations for the little ones, a lobby bar with live music in the evening and a seasonal pool bar that offers a refreshments and snacks. Eataly is an Italian a'la carte restaurant offering tasty pizza and pasta dishes, there's also a themed restaurant open in the evening.

Guests can visit the themed restaurants once per stay (on stays between 5-6 nights) and twice on stays of 7 nights or more. A reservation is required. Any drinks purchased after 23:00 will be an extra charge, and premium drinks are also an extra charge.

The hotel offers two outdoor swimming pools, a children’s pool and a relax centre with an indoor heated pool, sauna, Turkish bath and treatment and massage rooms. The kids club will entertain the younger ones (ages 3-12) with painting, games, karaoke, movie sessions and more. There is also a tennis court, children’s playground, FREE Wi-Fi and beautiful gardens to explore. A shuttle bus service runs between NAU Sao Rafael Suites and Albuferia three times a day.
