• Fuego Restaurante y Cantina - this open-air restaurant has a tonne of ever-changing Mexican cuisine for you to sink your teeth into - the ingredients are all farm-to-table and are served up Tulum style in a wood-burning oven for brekkie, lunch and dinner (reservation required for dinner).

• Las Olas - this spots got the Mexican cuisine goods too for breakfast, lunch and dinner in an open air-setting - sensing a theme? - it also serves up heaps of gorge ocean views of the Caribbean with seating right alongside the infinity-pool.

• Casita Maya - This ones all about the experience, get a glimpse at how the Mayan's cooked way back in the day with traditional recipes and cooking techniques to whip up a feast that you'll be talking about for ages - handmade tortillas, traditional Sopa de Limon soup and some gorge Mexican desserts (booking required).

• Agave Bar - creative cocktails in an open-air setting with plenty of classic games that go hand-in-hand with a bev like pool and ping-pong.

• Itzi Pool Bar - who doesn't love a swim-up bar? At this one you can grab yourself some tipples and afternoon snacks right from the water.
