Paradisus Cancun

Overview

Paradisus Cancun is an all-suite hotel, situated right on the edge of a white sand beach. Not only does the hotel have an excellent selection of restaurants and bars, but it also offers the opportunity for upgraded services when guests stay in The Reserve suites, which come with exclusive experiences and added amenities (did someone say concierge service?)

There's also the new Nikté concept which offers all guests unique services, the best rooms available, and benefits such as concierge service, spa circuit at YHA Spa and a complimentary dinner at SAl Steak Cave Restaurant.

Just so you know, this hotel will be closed from the 1st of June 2025 for renovations.

How far is the nearest beach?

The hotel is located on the soft white sands of Playa Marlin.

Distance from Airport

Cancun International Airport is only 17km from the hotel, so the turnaround from plane to pool is no time at all.

Rooms

Paradisus Cancun has a range of spacious suites, with ocean view options and, of course, the opportunity to stay in The Reserve accommodation. Every suite in the hotel comes with either a king-sized bed or two double beds, a bathroom with a rain shower (some also include bathtubs), and a private terrace with stunning views of either the lagoon or the sea.

Standard amenities that can be found in each suite include air conditioning, high-speed FREE Wi-Fi, a 50" satellite TV, minibar (restocked daily), safety deposit box (big enough for a laptop), iron with ironing board and a hairdryer.

Guests staying in The Reserve accommodation options can expect to find added luxuries at every turn: from welcome cocktails to scented towels, pillow menus to turn-down service, and even an ironing service to de-crinkle your clothes on arrival. If you really can't wait to take a dip in the pool, you can also request for your suitcase to be unpacked (talk about five star service!)

Food & Drink

There are ten restaurants, seven bars and three small eateries to tickle your taste buds whilst staying at the Paradisus Cancun. Both buffet and à la carte venues are available, serving everything from local specialities to Japanese fusion. Drink like a local with Mezcal margaritas at the Blue Agave Bar or treat yourself to an afternoon of peace and quiet whilst you sip a drink in the adults only Sante Bar.

You'll never be short of a bite to eat, with a gelato stand and poolside food truck, plus there's Nespresso coffee available at the coffee corner for that afternoon pick-me-up.

Sports & Entertainment

Pool days don't get much better than at Paradisus Cancun. There are plenty of sunbeds dotted around the two main outdoor pools and there is an additional children's pool for little ones to splash about in. Plus, The Reserve guests can take advantage of the exclusive adults only pool and Balinese beds, exclusive access to VIP areas, chill out time at YHI Spa and a complimentary dinner at SAl Steak Cave Restaurant.

Other facilities include a revitalising Spa, gym and executive golf course, with nine par-3 holes. The golf course is available for all guests (aged 12+) to use.

There is also a kids' club for children aged 5-10 and a teen club for 11-17 year olds. Kidsdom provides enriching activities for children, with activities, crafts and science experiments to keep them entertained.
