• Mi Carisa - forget buffet-style, this place is all about a'la carte, swish dining. Mi Carisa is inspired by Italy by the coast and has a hearty but tasty menu for breakfast and dinner. We're talking fresh antipasti, pasta dishes, meat dishes and of course, pizza.

• Cueva Siete - traditional Mayan dishes that include three of the most important ingredients, corn, beans and chilli. So, we hope you can handle your spice for the spicy tostadas and spicy cheese quesadillas.

• Mura House - uses traditional techniques from Asia - specifically Japan to create a top-notch menu of classic Japanese dishes. Including teppanyaki, yakitori and we can't miss out on sushi.

• 20.87 Restaurant - a cool n' casual beachfront spot offering a'la carte brekkies, house-baked Mexican pastries, Mexican classics, grilled dishes and fresh seafood.

• Cafe Inez - get transported to a European cafe, with coffee, tea, fruit juice, sandwiches, salads and pastries on the menu. Heads up, you've got to save room for cakes and cookies too.

• Flora - available to each restaurant is a tasty selection of vegan dishes, so nobody is left out.

• Palmera Lounge - step foot in a classic Cuban bar, with rum flowing and world-class cocktails and high-energy tunes.

• Bar Balam - a cocktail bar open from morning (oh yeah, 9 am cocktails!) till late at night and showcases Mayan-inspired cocktails in a warm, cosy atmosphere.

• La Botella - the resort's very own wine store, with a delicious selection of red wine, white wine and sparkling wines. If you're unsure which one you fancy, give 'em a taste.
