• XAAK - a seven-course Mayan-inspired tasting menu so you can sample the local stuff, your meal is paired with delicious wines by multi-award-winning sommelier Sandra Fernandez

• Encanta - not just any restaurant, a Michelin-star one so this place gets major boujee points from us. Offering classic Mexican cuisine but done in an extra fancy way, you've got a classic mango marg as well as a triple pork taco. Okay, we're hungry now...

• Chino Pablano - a fine-dining tasting showcasing the best of Chinese cuisine. The swanky dishes include: Szechuan chicken wings, dim sum, classic ramen, pork belly bao bun (yum) and Pekin duck (double yum).

• Cantina VI.AI.PY - offering plenty of dishes to taco'bout, including tasty enchiladas, Barbacoa tacos and if you've ever craved insect on toast (yes, that's on the menu) now's your chance to tick that off the foodie bucket-list.

• KIBI-KIBI - with a blended menu of Yucatan and Lebanese plates made up of grilled meats, feta-based dishes and the catch of the day.

• Mercado de San Juan - where you can sample different flavours from Mexico in a vibrant setting.

• Cayuco - offering the elite combo that is surf and turf with views of the beach as your backdrop. With a tasty, mixed menu you'll 100% find something you fancy for dinner.

• Tah-Xido - a contemporary Japanese menu with stylish decor. The classic Japanese plates will satisfy those sushi cravings and are presented so nicely that you'll wanna snap a pic for the 'gram.

• Arenal - comfort food that celebrates classic Mexican cuisine, the menu offers plenty of options for lunch and dinner. Including pork tacos, burgers, roast chicken, salad and quesadillas.

• Apapachoa - 100% plant-based restaurant offering classic and Mexican specialities for breakfast and dinner.

• Three Pool Bars - what time is it? Margarita time. Thanks to the swim-up options you don't even have to hop out of the pool to get your fix.

• Four Rooftop Bars - with each one offering your classic cocktails and panoramic sea views. Top tip from us: Go at sunset, and thank us later.

• Two Cafes - Cafecito and Cafeteca offer premium coffee and a deli for light breakfast or if you're feeling snackish.

Sports & Entertainment

• Swimming Pools - oh yeah, there's plenty of splash-fuelled action to be had, including swim-up bars and boujee infinity pools that'll be plastered all over your Instagram stories. Lined with plush sunbeds and sunken sunbeds so you can tip your toes in whilst soaking up the sun.

• Hotel Xcaret Arte has six Casas representing a different Mexican artistic expression.

  • Casa del Diseño - where you'll find the reception area, a boutique store, two bars, the Cayuco Restaurant and you can make yourself a little souvenir at the weaving workshop.

  • Casa de los Artistas - head over here for its painting workshop, after you've done with your masterpiece there's also a library area and gym. After all that help yourself to a tipple at the rooftop bar.

  • Casa de la Pirámide - home to the pottery workshop, as well as two bars and a boutique store.

  • Casa de la Música - time to unleash your inner dance at the dancing workshop, then head to the rooftop bar or wet bar for a much-needed drink.

  • Casa de la Paz - home to another rooftop bar, a speakeasy and the luxury Muluk Spa and gym.

  • Casa del Patrón - you'll find the remaining resort restaurants here, as well as a cafe for a midday pick-me-up and another boutique.

• Xcaret Xailing - who will ship you off to the stunning Isla Mujeres which is total paradise. It also provides sunset tours and Xunset Party boat trips with a top-notch DJ, a premium open bar and canapes.
