Rooms

The hotel comprises 60 rooms with an Andalusia style. The rooms are split into three categories: garden view for a more comfortable and affordable stay, the sea view rooms, for an unforgettable setting and beachfront rooms for an incomparable view of the turquoise lagoon of Belle mare. 24 of these rooms are interconnecting. All rooms are air-conditioned and have either twin or king-size beds, satellite TV, a minibar, private safe and a bathroom (shower) with a hairdryer, internet access and tea and coffee making facilities also feature, while 52 of the rooms have separate toilets.

Food & Drink

La Varangue restaurant specialises in Mauritian cuisine and offers buffet breakfasts with themed buffets or a la carte service at dinner. Le Cotomili restaurant offers a fusion of Mediterranean and Oriental cuisine and is open 6 nights a week (reservation required). Le Deck is located at the shoreline on a wooden deck offering authentic grills and salads a breakfast and lunch. There's also a pool-side bar overlooking the lagoon which serves drinks, lunches, light meals and snacks.

Sports & Entertainment

Salt of Palmar has an outdoor swimming pool and gardens opening onto the beach. There are water sports available free of charge such as glass bottom boat trips, kayaking, dinghy sailing, kayaking, snorkeling and windsurfing. Further leisure facilities and activities include a Spa, aqua gym and a daily kids activity club for children aged 3 to 6 and 6 to 10. The Spa offers a wide range of massage treatments including sports, Ayurvedic, Swedish and Shiatsu.
