The Hotel has 64 guest rooms including 2 Junior Suites, 4 Deluxe suites, a Presidential Suite and a Penthouse Suite. All rooms have air conditioning and heating, direct dial telephone, possibility of Internet and fax, cable TV, mini-bar, complete bathroom with bathrobes, hairdryer and amenities. Most rooms have a balcony providing enchanting panoramic views over the ocean, Funchal’s bay and the old town.

Food & Drink

The dine around option offers guests the ability to enjoy meals at all Charming Hotels. A breakfast buffet is served at Jardim de Inverno or Terraço do Governador. For lunch and dinner, the refined O Pórtico Restaurant serves international and regional cuisine. Pôr do Sol Cocktail Bar offers drinks along with beautiful sunset views.

Transport is included from Monday - Saturday, which runs on a pre-fixed timetable (excluding bank holidays). Full Board guests can enjoy a set menu of three courses at lunch and four at dinner (excluding drinks). Whilst, Half Board guests can enjoy a set menu of four courses (excluding drinks), with a supplement required at some restaurants.

Sports & Entertainment

Guests can enjoy relaxing massage treatments, a hot tub, Turkish bath and sauna at the wellness centre. For the more energetic, there is a gym available. A stroll in the tropical gardens, followed by a dip in the pool is a perfect end to the day.
