All the luxurious rooms are equipped with satellite TV, Internet access, a direct dial telephone, individually adjustable air conditioning and heating, a safe, a minibar, a kettle, and a spacious bathroom with shower and a hairdryer. Furthermore, a king-size or double bed and either a balcony or a terrace are provided in all accommodation as standard.

## Please note DUBAI Madeira project which is currently under construction, the machines are closer to the hotel and may cause some visual and noise disturbance. Guests staying in block A (suite and sgl categories) may occasionally be affected by some noise disturbance. The works take place from Monday to Friday - and any kind of noise can only be made between 9am and 6pm - times when our guests are in Block C (the furthest from the works) having breakfast or already on excursions/activities outside the hotel. The will obviously be available to compensate guests staying in Block A who are affected by the noise disturbance with a credit for consumption in the hotel (15 euros per guest/per stay). ##
