Avoid this hotel at all costs , absolutely disgraceful , rooms are shabby , got upgraded to a supreme room , which was laughable. Not much better tbh , double bed was 2 camp beds next to each other , shower head was broken , 2 thin blankets , heating didn't work until late into the night , myself and my partner had to go to bed fully clothed,  she also wore a hoodie and scarf , it was that cold , went to reception to complain and was told to throw another blanket on the bed , no kettle in the room. It's location isn't good , it's in the middle of nowhere. Although buses do run continuously. About 25mins into town , worst hotel I've stayed in  , we booked ourself into another hotel after 1 night , seriously don't bother even looking at this hotel , you will be seriously disappointed.

Shocking

Arrived at the hotel and was met with a very rude female receptionist.  Was advised that we could go to the restaurant a few streets away because check in was at 2pm and we arrived at 1pm, we weren’t expecting to check in early just to have a drink.

This hotel is grotesque, the rooms are full of mould and god knows what else on the walls is filthy dirty, DO NOT STAY.

Since the price is ridiculous in Venice, even in Mestre sometimes, i chose this hotel. But the previos ratings were fine, its like a bad hostel. 

Everything is obsolete, the bathroom look quite terrible, the windows dont close properly. So since the weather was colder in these days, in the room must have around 15-16 degrees durinng the night! I asked a radiator, but they didnt have…

No fridge, no safe.

The bus stop is close, there is a Lidl very close too. The staff is kind.

Poor quality and service.

The hotel was very nice, clean and wonderful. The reception staff was very polite and helpful. Public transport was available within a few minutes for the hotel. The hotel was also very reasonable in terms of price. We will never forget the good quality coffee in the lobby, I recommend this hotel to everyone if you need an affordable hotel in Venice Italy.
