Location

• After baggage collection at Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE) the second leg of your journey begins! A 15 minute car ride will get you to the Piazzale Roma docking point - from which you will switch to either a vaporetto or a water taxi to get you to the San Angelo stop on the grand canal which is then a final 2 minute walk to the hotel!  

• Right beside all the action, you'll be a 10 minute walk away from all the happenings in the famed Piazza San Marco!

• There's plenty to see in the direct vicinity, a 5 minute walk will get you the best panoramic views of the city at the top of Scala Contarini De Bovolo , and if you continue your venture for a further 5 minutes you too can have your postcard Venice picture on the Ponte Di Rialto bridge!

Sports & Entertainment

• Get your steps in! The hotel's prime location leaves the best walkable (and while not recommended, also swimmable) parts of Venice right at your feet! The Doge's Palace cannot go amiss! Standing since 1340 and converted to a museum in 1923 this grand gothic style castle is a sight to behold and one of Venice's top attractions!

• Museo del Vetro - If you (and you will) have exhausted everything to see on foot, don't worry, hop on a ferry or a vaporetto over to the island of Murano and have a little mooch around this glass museum hosted inside the aristocratic Giustinian palace! The museum holds the largest historical collection of Murano glass and you get the change to take your own little unique piece of Venice home with you too!
