• Il Verrocchio Restaurant - in the most picturesque spot right along the River Arno, you'll be coming in for a buffet-style brekkie each morning. By night a romantic date night is 100% on the cards with a delish Italian menu with local produce and olive oil from the estate's own olive grove

• L’Oliveto Bistrot - in a renovated stone barn perched right next to the pool, this place gives of total cosy vibes. With a menu of Italian classics, like wood-fired pizza, fresh pasta, charcuterie boards and ice cream... delish

• Bar Mediceo - a cocktail bar, but way more boujee than your standard Slug & Lettuce, there's signature cocktails only by a professional mixologist. We'd recommend 'Like a Virgin' paying homage to Madonna, who... fun fact: has stayed at the hotel (?!)

• Villa la Massa Wine Cellar - we mean, you're in Italy. So it's pretty much essential to try out Italian vino, and here you can do a tasting and try them all out!
