Breakfast - Poolside, of course. Because that's just how you roll on an Italian jolly! A continental buffet is spread out daily and for those of us who are late risers or hate queues - you can opt to have breakfast come straight to you! Now that's some treatment!
Mercato Centrale - Calling ALL foodies! You'll want to sit down for this one. This market is part of the (much larger) San Lorenzo markets where merchants will shout at you over counters full of fresh produce, local delicacies, cured meats and cheeses - pretty much the best that the region has to offer. There's a seating area for lunching upstairs too but with so much to see (and taste) you're likely to have it on foot!

Sports & Entertainment

Swimming Pool & Jacuzzi - Read that over again, sounds like strawberries and cream right? A match made in heaven! Lounge the day away on the hotel's panoramic terrace and get a good feel of the bubbles in the jacuzzi with a glass of bubbles on the side too!
Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore - Bit of a mouthful but when you see the size of this grand cathedral you'll see why its fitting. Most notably known for its dome which is regarded amongst one of the most monumental architectural triumphs of the Renaissance! Make sure you wear your dad trainers for this one because you're going to get your steps in! Climb the 463 steps to the cupola for panoramic views of Florence! Water breaks along the way are permitted!
